KUALA LUMPUR – Victor Chin Boon Long, the man at the centre of the Corporate Mafia saga, is respectfully asking the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) under Bukit Aman’s Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) Special Task Force what they are up to.

He says that with each passing month, PDRM AMLA has become increasingly unreasonable in their investigation towards him.

Chin does not understand their intent.

“At this moment, anyone who knows me, becomes collateral damage. We are living in an environment where anyone who knows Victor Chin or calls Victor Chin their boss, gets AMLA-ed,” said Chin.

The accounts of these people will be frozen.

That is how bad Chin’s name is.

This is despite him doing everything by the book.

Chin cooperated with PDRM when they asked him to return to Kuala Lumpur on Dec 29, 2025.

He provided his full statement and subsequently was remanded for three days by AMLA.

Thereafter Chin was allowed to leave the country, and AMLA had the proper avenues to contact Chin as Chin was not hiding from AMLA.

He has followed the law and not done anything wrong.

“Yet AMLA is freezing bank accounts related to me, and raiding my residences, as if this is some intensive aerial bombardment exercise.”

“It is as if they are using unguided bombs to freeze every account in sight,” said Chin.

There is no proper due diligence being carried out to justify these actions.

To date, more than 500 accounts have been frozen, whether suspected to be linked to Chin, or simply because the accounts held, traded, or transacted in shares of MMAG Holdings Bhd, NexG Bhd and NexG Bina Bhd.

Chin said that one of the biggest destructions was the share prices of MMAG, NexG and NexG Bina, either hitting limit down or crashing in mid October 2025.

This coincided with AMLA initiating investigations against Chin on Oct 14. These counters tumbled because AMLA froze the accounts of many innocent people and businesses, where their only crime was knowing Victor Chin.

AMLA, you persecuted innocent people, said Chin.

“If AMLA had done its due diligence, they would have known that the sources of income from the accounts they froze, came from legitimate sources – actual business activities, and regulated fundraising exercise approved by Bursa Malaysia,” said Chin.

The Consequences of being AMLA-ed.

The repercussions of being AMLA-ed is massive. It is not merely about freezing an account, and the account cannot be accessed.

Being freezed by AMLA is life changing for any individual or business. It is a red flag across financial institutions around the globe, and therefore creates a permanent record for the affected party.

Which legitimate financial institution would dare to bank with these people or businesses in the future?

How will the affected parties be able to secure loans, embark on fundraising exercises or create financial instruments for their expansion plans?

Not to mention company accounts being frozen affects so many employees and business operations as Dr Wee Ka Siong, President of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) rightly pointed out in one of his videos.

On the contrary, they will be asked to close their existing bank accounts, and will be unable to open new accounts anywhere else.

This is despite them not committing any wrongdoing. They are blacklisted for life merely by association with Chin.

“I have also come to know that there are magic hands facilitating the fast-track reopening of some of the current frozen accounts. This is extremely unjust, and I hope all frozen accounts, whatever their relationship with me, will be treated equally and fairly,”

On this note, Chin wants to apologise to all his friends, business associates and investors, who are on the hit list, simply from knowing him.

How do I answer them after the immense suffering I have caused them?

AMLA, you owe them an explanation, says Chin.

Message to Mohd Khalid Ismail, the current Inspector-General of Police (IGP)

Chin has a message to Mohd Khalid Ismail, the current Inspector General of Police in Malaysia:

Sir, you are presently the highest-ranking officer responsible for ensuring law enforcement and upholding public order.

What is happening now is a matter of national security.

Please protect and safeguard the interest of our country and its people.

It is only with your leadership, that we can ensure a fair investigation that is free from third-party interferences, and in accordance with existing legal provisions.

It is only through this transparent process, that the truth will be uncovered.

The safety and security of all Malaysians lie in your good hands.

A Message to Bursa Securities Malaysia and Securities Commission of Malaysia

On a side note, Chin urges Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission to investigate and take action against those who made use of their esteemed institutions under the guise of an ‘AMLA power abuse’ and the ‘robbing of shares’ to enable their illegal actions.

He believes there might have been some high-level interference in the freezing and unfreezing of accounts between Rembulan Lestari Sdn Bhd and Skylimit Alliance Sdn Bhd to facilitate the transfer of NexG Bhd shares.

Both Rembulan and Skylimit were already frozen at the material time.

Yet a higher power instructed for the unauthorised unfreezing of these accounts in order for the shares to be transacted, before being frozen again.

Chin said that if it is the responsibility of the regulators to facilitate AMLA in their investigations, then shouldn’t there be further protocols if an unusual request is made?

He is concerned that such irregularities might negatively impact Malaysia’s investing environment and its ability to attract foreign direct investments.

Chin said that he has spoken out, and he hopes Bursa and the Securities Commission will exercise their fiduciary duty and do the same.

“Please bring those who are responsible to justice. I urge you to restore and safeguard the investment confidence in our country, which is ultimately to buffer the real economy against financial stress,”

He said the facts will be revealed, and the truth will come out.

He concludes by wishing everyone Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Maaf Zahir & Batin.
